& context

The Salvation Army Foundation in Paris has developed the "Bonjour" operation, morning walks offering breakfast and support to the homeless. 

For Magic Garden, the aim was to give this initiative a strong identity and generate media interest, while raising funds and recruiting new volunteers. 

The "Bonjour" concept was created, along with a charter, specific outfits and a communications plan. A launch film, an event mini-site and a "stunt" with hijacked statues were produced. The results were significant, with a strong visual identity, media coverage and awareness of the situation of the homeless, fun donations and the recruitment of additional volunteers.
