Magic Garden transformed Capgemini's annual kick-off meeting from a physical to a digital event. 

260 of Capgemini's top managers from 10 countries met virtually from January 13 to 15, 2022. The goal was to present action plans for 2022, share past successes and create commitment. 

With an innovative scenography, an animated journalist and interactive workshops, the event was a success despite the circumstances. It provided an immersive and motivating experience for participants.
