& context

To introduce its new distribution model, THE NEW RETAIL, with a unified pricing structure across the nation, MINI embarked on a journey to connect with its dealers across five key cities: Lyon, Nantes, Bordeaux, Paris, and Marseille.

This immersive day of training featured multiple interactive workshops, bookended by two plenary sessions led by Guillaume De Sazilly, Director of MINI France, and Eymeric Lepoutre, Future Sales Model Manager for BMW Group France.

Magic Garden orchestrated every aspect of the event, from technical setup and content creation to logistics management. This included venue coordination, vehicle transportation, equipment handling, catering, plenary sessions, workshops, and the management of guest and speaker logistics.
